Not happy. Rude owner on arrival, my son rang the door bell twice and we were greeted by her storming out the front door, shouting at a 9 year old child for apparently constantly ringing a doorbell! Completely unacceptable. I would have walked away at that point if I had another place to leave my cat. On top of that after 10 days in their care my cat was in such a terrified state that I have never witnessed from previous stays at a different cattery. Will certainly not recommend or use again.

These guys were great in looking after my cat that I wasn’t able to look after myself. Real cat lovers, very helpful and reasonably priced. We looked at three catteries in the area, and these guys seemed the best by far. They looked after my cat for two months very well indeed, were most accommodating when I wanted to visit her and handling her medical car. Highly recommended, would certainly use them again.
