Craft Superstore

I purchased a set of embossing folders on 11^th June and am still awaiting delivery. They showed as being in stock when I placed the order and subsequent checks on their website still show it as being in stock, but their surly customer services girls maintain that there is a problem with their supplier. I had the very same problem the week before with another order. It seems that once they receive payment (they removed the funds from my account on the same day I placed the order) they don’t feel the need to actually dispatch the items. This superstore needs investigating and I strongly urge people not to buy from them.

Very bad service, ordered a big shot starter kit showing in stock, happily took my money, only to chase 5 days later to be told its not in stock delayed at suppliers,
sadly this was a gift for somebody that didn’t arrive, now waiting to see how long before my refund actually appears !
Do not buy,!!!

This site is really good, everything is easy to find and the prices are very good. If you look in their special offers section or craft sale section there is usually some good bits in there too.
