The cricks is pleasant enough and serves really nice food, a bit overpriced but that’s the nature of the area. The UKs most expensive house (about £80 million!) is no more than a mile away!

On the face of it there is nothing to really criticise The Surrey Cricketers on but equally it doesn’t have anything that would make you sing its praises. The beer is more often than not good and priced reasonably considering the area. Food is very standard pub grub which is done to an average standard but arrives after a longer than average wait. The atmosphere really depends on how busy it is. Quite a big pub so on a quiet night it can feel very empty and cold but on a good night it is much more like how a village pub should be. Overall it really depends on when you go as to what your experience will be. Worth a try but don’t expect to much on a midweek evening.
