This is quite a small spa, but very clean and always smells great! The staff are really friendly and human, so make you feel at home and relaxed. The prices are reasonable. The massages are really good.

I regularly visit Pure Spa in Windsor and always love the feeling that I get from my treatments. Whether it be a manicure, a facial, a back massage or even a bikini wax, I am always treated like a special person. The staff are very friendly and professional but are also human and not at all stand-​offish. I regularly recommend the place to friends and buy gift vouchers for them for special occasions. I think I might just go and book myself in for something!

I can’t believe the other review!!! I’ve been using this salon for nearly 3 years now and have NEVER HAD ANY BAD SERVICE as described there in fact I would go as far to say it’s the BEST BEAUTICIANS IN BERKSHIRE, the staff are so friendly and helpfull I can’t believe any of them would be rude to someone. I have recomended this spa to freinds and family who have all become regular customers, one French friend (now living in the UK) going as far to say it’s the best waxing she’s had out of Parispraise indeed!!! I have used this salon for waxing, facials, massage, manicures and pedicures and have NEVER had a reason to complain they are SIMPLY THE BEST and locally run businesses like this need our support in these tough times I won’t be going anywhere else!

this spa suffers from one very unfriendly member of staff — she’s a bit scary! I’ve heard her being very rude and abrupt to people on the phone and decided I didn’t want to go back.
You can also hear constant beeping from a crossing on the road in the treatment room which isn’t very relaxing.
I was having a course of back treatments and they just didn’t workthe therapist was very dismissive of that and just told me to keep coming back — I felt that would be a waste of my money. I have also had my legs waxed here with a different member of staff who again was very unfriendly. I would advise you to give this place a miss.
