RaanThai Oriental Supermarket

I have used these people 3 times, on every occasion my order has gone missing. This final order i gave instructions to leave with a neighbour if i was not in, they decided to not put that information on the packet. I now have to either take a day off work or travel 15 miles to collect it from the depot. Or pay 8.95 to return it to them. They make a mistake and i have to pay to rectify it. If you email them to complain, they just quote terms and conditions.
So be warned, when you pay for 24 hour delivery, all it means is they hope that happens. My last order, they did not even process in that time, and will at best take 4 days to reach me.
If the order cannot be delivered because they put the wrong address down, you either collect it or pay 8.95 to return it.
If you complain, daring to say, send it again to the correct address, they say we don’t need your custom, but if you want to cancel the order they don’t wan. Then you guessed it you pay.
Always late, always rude, there are better companies to use.

The Glocal supermarket is a thing of beauty! If you look in the dictionary under hidden gems, this will come up no doubt. WHy bother going abroad when you can find a piece of Thai Land in Prenton. Technology is a great thing, as is migration. Thanks to technology you can order anything you desire from their website, and thank God some Thai folks decided to bring a bit of their culture and food to Prenton of all places.
If you have a Thai friend it might help to take them along with you as a tour guide. I did and it was fantastic!!! I will admit though I was a passenger, the Thai friend being the primary shopper, buying ingredients for the delicious meal she cooked later int eh evening. Happy days, have a smooch online and pay it a visit!!!
