We chose this mobile garage on recommendation that he was a BMW specialist!!! clearly he was not. Firstly he broke my wheel nut by hitting it with a hammer then claimed that it was not a BMW part. He proceeded to drill a whole in my wheel to get to my breaks which only made matters worse as by doing this he ruined the thread making it impossible to remove the wheel. My only option according to him was to cut the wheel of. Thank god my husband went to BMW and purchased a new wheel nut and asked them if the original wheel nut was a BMW part which it was. Paul the mechanic would not take any responsibility for this claiming that this was not his fault !!! We paid £120.00 to a specialist to fix his errors. Appalling the worst mechanic we have ever used in 30 years. All i needed was break pads !!
