Foundations Independent Estate Agents

Foundations is a realtively newly established estate agency drawing staff from Mann & Co (ironically situated next door!).
Staff are typical estate agents and seem to set themselves up as premium agents. Service is good although they don’t always listen to what you want as a buyer.
Details that are produced are professional looking but don’t always include all of the details that I think relevant.
They cover the whole of Woking and don’t seem to have a typical property type although they are popular with the higher priced properties.
The offices are modern and one feels that they are trying to set themseves up along the Foxtons model rather than the Mann & co model.
Properties that they carry are inculded on rightmove giving good exposure. Communication from branch is also very good.
