Well this store was still open but sadly lacking in actual stock, although staff said they were expecting a delivery soon. Lots of empty boxes proclaiming ‘coming soon’. Staff were nice though and the shop clean and tidy.

Game aren’t the cheapest place to buy games and consoles on the high street and as with most things these days you can pick up much better deals on-​line. But game do have something going for them, the staff are knowledgeable and keen to help you find what you’re after. The stock is usually well presented on the shelves, except when they’ve been busy with is understandable, and the top games are always stocked in depth to ensure you can pick up the latest thing as soon as it comes out. It’s a nicely spaced shop with plenty of room to manœuvre around the displays, all very well lit and very clean and tidy. You can do better for price but would be hard pushed to beat the service.
