Absolutely excellent. We called Ainsley on a Sunday morning at 11am and he was around our house in 20 minutes. We had an issue where our uPVC back door would neither shut, nor lock. Ainsley firstly secured our door using some clever latch fittings so that we could go out feeling safe about our house, and then took the defective lock away to be repaired on Monday. Ainsley gave us a competitive quote for the total repair and we went ahead with it. Ainsley did not request any money at this point, focussing on customer satisfaction above a payout. Ainsley worked around our hours as we both work full-​time and came out to sort the door at 7pm on the Monday evening. It was done in about 15 – 20 minutes and the door was working better than before, plus we’re now more secure as those latch fittings add an extra layer of security!
All in all a very polite, honest, hard-​working, budget-​friendly locksmith who will be using again (should we need to) and recommending to friends.
