just a very, very busy McDonalds, so not always fast food! In main shopping street, so always full of shoppers.

We used this restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago & although it was extremely busy I was very impressed with the slick operation ensuring tables & chairs were clean & readily available. The counter service was prompt, polite & although we had to wait for food to be cooked, were dealt with excellently.

I hate this McDonalds and now these days avoid it at all costs, it’s always so crowded; I know most are on Saturday especially but this one seems most crowded all the time. There are often spillages on the floor and on the whole it never seems to have that clean feel about it. You are waiting a very long time in a queue that seems never ending and the staff are always rushing, very often I have had to query my change and once one of the staff tried to give me change for £10 instead of £20. When I informed her, she huffed and puffed and the till had to close while her money was counted, not even an apology from anyone, so if you do use this McDonalds my advice is check you change!

I dislike this mcdonalds, theres always that horrible smell downstairs — like sick, i think its stale milkshake or something? always full of kids hanging around outside especially on saturdays. Take forever to serve people and the staff always look half dead.

Food is very quicky given to you, they are aware of the demand. have got a very good offer on at the moment of buying a large meal you get a two for one ticket for the cinema any day. They have upgraded all the seating and looks very lush and modern. Really like to go now as it is being improved and students can use their nus card when buying a meal and get a free cheese burger or mc flury.
