Ive had a very bad experience, couldnt understand what the chinese guy was saying half the time, and during the process of fixing my motherboard i had to buy the spare part and do the homework and he lost my harddrive! because i cant prove my hardrive was in the laptop at the time and he swears by his careful arrangement ive had to buy a new hardrive and then a new windows 7 key, granted he did me a good deal on the harddrive and key but this wouldnt have happened if he hadnt have lost my harddrive. And just to top it all off my laptop has been there for nearly 3 months with him still trying to fix it!
