contact lens info is always vague as staff are not knowledgeable about products. Staff are not friendly and awful sight tests are conducted too, definately do not recommend this branch, staff are busy trying to push sales on you and could care less about eye health.

for a specsavers branch, this is one of the better ones
good size, good selection, prompt staff
i’ve only scored as an average, however, as i find the quality of service & product of all branches of specsavers i’ve used (inc this one) to be as good as the price paid
in conclusion, specsavers as a whole offer great value for money, & the wolverhampton branch i have found to be one of their better branches

A very good Specsavers branch. Spread over two floors and they offer eye-​testing on site and also prescriptions and glasses. Their selections are fashionable and the tests are completed very quickly with waiting times kept to a minimum.
Glasses are free for children on the NHS and the staff are very helpful.

Had an eye test and bought some glasses from Specsavers in Wolverhampton. I got 2 pairs for the price of one when they were doing an offer a few years ago. The people at Specsavers are nice, the whole process was straight forward and pleasant, the glasses were great and I’ve had no problems with them.
i’ll definately be going back there again.
