Loved the food! I don’t even remember what all I got but it was all delicious. Everything from vegetables, to chicken, to lamb. Basically, I went with a coworker during a work trip so we just got a bunch of different plates, shared everything and enjoyed every bite.
Near the end of the night, the chef even came out and talked to all the tables one by one. It was a great touch and he was very willing to talk about how he makes his dishes. It was an excellent extra to a great meal.
As others have said, it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Every plate is made to order by a small staff with awesome ingredients. And it repeatedly makes it into the Michelin guide, hard to go wrong.

Décor Good — 3 stars
Food — Ok.2 stars– I ordered the Hyderabadi Chicken biryani and it was nowhere close to one. It depends on what you order.

Let me give an objective, step by step description of how i came up with this rating.
Stage one. Entry. Four stars.
The restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated and located very close to Molineux where i was going to watch a Premier League match later that afternoon. I had a good feeling at this point.
Stage two. Menu, Three stars.
Everything was expensive. I had expected a restaurant in Wolverhampton to be cheaper than similar places in London, but it didn’t seem to be so. Didn’t look as if this place was any value for money. The food needed to be really good to justify this price.
Stage three.Food. Two stars.
The dishes ranged from ordinary to outright bad. You can’t cook the chicken of a chicken biriyani separately from the rice and then airdrop the pieces on the plate. Besides, most of the dishes were too spicy to be enjoyable.
Stage four. Back home. One star.
All three of us spent a big chunk of the next 24 hours in the bathroom. The food did really have an impact, on my stomach if not on my heart.

This is a very good place to eat and the one curry house where you may see local celebrities on a night out.
Good food, good service, the prices reflect that of course but unlike other places its the kind of curry house for a more special occasion.

If you like Banglasdeshi food this place is great. They do a fixed lunch menu for about a tenner which is really nice and good value
