I was there on a Sunday, may be that was the mistake —
I saw that the bar is full on weekend night.
But anyway my sunday was really poor. It was empty
the drinks were sold out to the half and the played 1 song every 40 minutes
and then … silence … really uncomfortable.
The tables were dirty and the service was not available.
not recommended !

Went for a cheeky burger and a few drinks before a gig here not to long ago.
Surprisingly not to busy being the second closest bar to the Wulfrun hall and an hour before a gig.
Had the Big Yates burger, burger itself was nothing special but the special BBQ sauce was something else. Defiantly will be having that again if I go again. Drinks we not over expensive and I think we avoided the student’s after going past later in the evening it was crammed with that type.

This place is incomprehensibly busy at weekends which is a surprise as it’s very expensive, the draught beer is awful and the clientele are often vile.
