Pricier than the bigger supermarkets further afield, but about average for village shops, this is the larger of the two supermarkets in Woodhall. It’s a bit run-down on the outside, but the inside is well-stocked, if a little compact. There’s a pretty cool deli counter, and a seemingly kosher section that sells things like gherkins and pickled herrings and the like. Good selection of wine, and the bread is good and fresh too. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that’s frustrating is that there used to be a cashpoint outside and now it’s all boarded up. Large car park at the side.
