The new store is very spacious with 3 floors, men on the top floor along with café, women on the ground floor and childrens on the lower floor. The staff work very efficiently in this store and are very helpful. The toilets are always very clean — I sometimes just go in to use the loos because I know they are clean. The overall store is very well stocked and pleasant to be in.

i love the new look store, went today and thought it is one of the best in the area, looks really fresh and modern. The layout is a little confusing and you certainly have weave your way around the store to get from one end to another. everything available though. Shame there is always a queue for the changing rooms and loo thoughcould have done bigger and better here though. per una range is extensive.

Liked the new layout, though as previous reviewer mentioned, the loos could have been greater in number! I found the products hard to find but I suppose that’s to be expected when you enter a new-look store for the first time! I think they made a good decision moving into Woolworth’s unit and making one large store, instead of the previous two stores as it used to be confusing remembering which one had which products.

Nice shop with a café. Café very nice food. Not to expensive. Clothes are nice and of good quality. The food in the café tastes nice and is cooked well. Worth a look in this place and worth poppin into the café for a bite to eat.

The store at 39 High Street is now a Woolworths, and the old Woolworths is now a Marks and Spencer. They swapped so that Marks could join it’s two stores together and increase floor space. This store must now be one of their flagship stores, at nearly 66,000 sq ft, this is very big for the provinces. When they did the move, they did a complete refit too, and it really is quite impressive. They’ve doubled the size of the café, and this makes a pleasant change from other High St brands. The store is right in the centre of town, but they have a really useful buy and collect service, which means that you don’t have to carry heavy shopping through town. You simply pay for your shopping, and then go and get your car and take it to their collection bay, easy. Also better clothing, homeware and foodhall. I like this Marks and Spencer, does that mean I’m getting old?
