A supermarket that has lost its way. On entering you have to battle against the tide of exiting customers to collect a handbasket(why aren’t the baskets on the right of the door). Enticed in by their special offer leaflets you will struggle to find the bargains, all that is left are empty shelf of freezer sections spaces. Woe betide a shopper that doesn’t look down, pallets are left regularly on the the floor for you to trip over. Decaying meat decorates the clearance sections and you feel like a polar explorer when you scape off the snow to find the flavour of ice cream you have wrenched from the over freezing freezer cabinet. presumably the shoppers in worcester do not deserve a better shopping experience, no wonder customers are leaving sainsburys to shop at tescos, aldi and lidl

Quite a big supermarket with a wide range of foods and products. It does get a bit hectic in there and I don’t really like the layout of the shop. The prices are quite reasonable and competitive. It is quite handy because they give out recipe cards for free, so that is good. The staff seem quite friendly aswell.

I recently visited here when Tesco was closed for a week for a refit, and was pleasantly surprised. OK, so some prices are way higher than those at Tesco but on the other hand if you’re a geek and remember general prices, you’ll spot the bargains to be had. The atmosphere here is much more relaxed and the staff are extremely approachable and helpful.

Since its refit earlier in the year the store seems more airy and up to date. The deli, meat and bakery counters are always clean, well stocked and the staff are always happy to give samples and advice. The rest of the store is normally well stocked and the aisles are wide so it never feels really crowded. Staff are normally friendly and helpful
