Silly Barts Wrexham

I really like this place, as it’s big enough for the adults (ok, ok, the big kids) to get in there too. This is handy with the little ones or the bigger more nervous ones!
Only once did we order food there but it was really greasy, and the kids’ portions were huge.
Other than that though, no problems with this place. It may seem a bit pricey when you pay the entrance fee but there is no charge for spectating and the kids wear themselves out and love every minute!

I took my daughter to her friend’s second birthday party here. It did seem to be very well set up for parties. The kids had about half an hour free play and then went through to the party room for a few games and some food. They tailored the games to the age of the children and didn’t push them too much. There was also plenty of time for more free play after the party bit. The mother of the birthday boy loved the fact that she only had to keep an eye on her own child and not worry about anything else. However, I wouldn’t take my daughter here any other time. There were a lot of older children being very stupidly on the big slide (throwing themselves down it) and they weren’t being stopped by staff. This made the atmosphere quite tense and chaotic and I didn’t feel very safe there. It just felt too big for small children.
