D W Wilson is my local Butcher so I have to give them a mention.
Despite being so close to several supermarkets, Wilsons always seem to by busy, it’s easy to see why when you go in. The staff are very friendly and help full and there’s a wide range of meat, raw and cooked aswell as free range eggs and always at reasonable prices. I would say it’s slightly more expensive than supermarket prices, but quite frankly who cares? when buying at Wilsons you know your meat is coming from local farms and prepared by experts!
They also to a selection of cooked foods such as sausage rolls and pork pies, all of these are totally scrummy.
