I regularly go to Vue Cinemas in York and the experience is always more or less the same. The cinema shows a wide range of films-any new or popular films are bound to be on at Vue. The cinema is fairly large and modern with several different screens, a games arcade, and various refreshments available. The cinema is one of the more expensive ones, tickets cost about £7 but this varies depending on whether the film is 3D and whether you’re a student, child, etc. The refreshments are very overpriced but I think this is quite standard for cinemas. Most of the things they sell are branded items such as Fanta, M&Ms, and branded ice cream. The cinema always seems to be clean and the seats are averagely comfy(you can pay extra for a ‘VIP’ seat which is more comfortable.) The staff are normally quite friendly apart from the odd grumpy one you get. Overall I like Vue cinema due to it being modern, convenient(it has a large free car park), and always showing all the new releases. It is a bit expensive but good for a treat.
