One of those newer malls that has a theme: Health. I came here for the foot reflexology, aka foot massage. This is the third time. Prices is reasonable in a mall setting. Quiet, and look thru glass walls. No privacy should be expected. The therapists are dressed in black polo t-shirts. There is tv above the big sofas. You can use your mobile, or tell them to press harder.

This new 3 storey mall is located opposite the Singapore Post building and just next to the Paya Lebar mrt station, so it is very convenient for those working/staying in the area to pop by for food or running some errands. Car parking here is a labyrinth and one can get lost trying to find a parking lot as most lots are taken up especially during peak hours such as lunch and dinner times. The majority of shops in here seems to be eateries, be it fast food, bakeries, cafes or restaurants. So do expect lunch times to be filled with the office crowd.

This building makes a lot of sense. It’s right outside Paya Lebar MRT, where the East/West and Circle line meet so the foot traffic is good. It’s a combination of a shopping mall, with offices on top. However, retail offerings are just ok lah. It’s all pretty typical– there are fast food joints, a decent food court, local services like banking, dry cleaning, and shoe repair, and retail options like party supplies, socks(seriously!), and office supplies(are you snoozing yet?) The only thing that caught my eye was Cola Café, which is a concept owned by the Jack’s Place brand. It had a bright, happy interior though I was a bit confused what it was going for, with their various signs advertising beer and fries, ice cream sundaes, and savoury pies with coffee. As I had a meeting in one of the offices here, I got a glimpse of the office spaces and noticed there were a lot of vacancies. If you’re in the market for office space, this is a great location, but good luck with the food and retail options here as they’re really just meh!
