Good satay stalls are easy to find in Singapore. Good pork satay is another story.
Fortunately, Boon Lay Satay is one such stall. One of the more popular stalls at the food centre during dinner time. Its not difficult to wonder why. The pork satay are grilled to perfection with just the right amount of fat that melts in your mouth. The satay sauce is also very good. They also sell bbq cuttlefish and tau pok. All very good beer food.
The only problem is because its so popular, the wait for your order can take awhile. And business can be so good that they can be sold out before 9pm.
