Chez Rose Bakery

It’s rather rare that I would write a review about a bakery, given that I’m not usually a fan of bread. However, this bakery truly stands out.
The place offers bread sold in small sizes and they come in 2 for $ 1 or $ 1.50. I felt that the wholemeal loaf bread was very soft and freshly baked; it is no doubt a must try among all the other varieties of bread. They also sell a variety of cakes and pastries ranging from peach tarts, ang ku kueh and more. The cakes offered here include blueberry, coffee cakes and my favorite, tiramisu. Lastly, they also sell desserts like tau suan, almond jelly and agar agar. In short, the variety of sweet treats offered here is truly staggering, and the taste is phenomenal as well. Highly recommended.
