This is a review of a carry-​out lunch from the Chicken Delights stall at the recently opened Lan Kwai Fong Food Mall in the Signature Building at Changi Business Park.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick.
The area in and around the stall was clean and well-​kept. There were a number of sauces and condiments for pepping up the chicken rice.
Overall, the newly reopened (under different ownership) food court in Signature is also clean and neat.
The drinks stall has a nice selection and their lime juice is tasty.
Chicken Rice — The chicken was tender and flavourful. The rice was well prepared. The ginger sauce added just the right kick. The portion is not very large. If I was really hungry, I would have to order two.
The food was very neatly packed.
The price was less than $ 5.
Overall, if you work in or very near the Signature building and want a pretty good grab and go chicken rice for a quick and affordable lunch, the Chicken Delights stall is a good option.
