THEWORSTPIZZAEVER! I can’t believe this is what people in Singapore think is pizza. Its awful. We ordered for delivery, took a few bites and I threw it out. None of the ingredients are fresh. The meats are spam and fake sausage that looks too processed to even recognise. The crust is like frozen pita bread. The cheese is not even real cheese. It was cold and I would not even eat it if it was hot. I would bet all the money in my wallet the positive reviews are fake or from children who have never eaten proper pizza. The owners should be ashamed for calling it «gourmet». Save your money and buy a frozen pizza at the store. It won’t be great but way better than this place and a lot cheaper.

A really quiet place to chill and relax on a weekday night! And the pizza here are delicious!!! :) yummy! I love the peri peri chicken pizza. The drinks here are miserable. I suggest getting something from one man coffee! :) it’s a lot more promising!

I really love the pizza here. Compared to other pizza places, the pizza here is full of fresh ingredients and their flavours are really interesting and different. The place is called Crust, as their crust is really different from any other pizza crust I have tried. Its lighter, a little sweeter, thinner and softer. I prefer it to Pizza Hut or Sarpinos any day. The Szechuan Prawn is one of their best pizzas. Instead of tomato sauce, its spread with sweet chili and they are generous with their toppings. Also try the truffle mushroom flavor. Very good. They have two outlets– in Upper Thomson and Holland V. Also they deliver. I wish I could have given them more than 3 stars. But the reason I did was because I really think they are way to overpriced. The size of the pizza is smaller than a normal medium sized pizza and you are paying way more.

Sometimes I wished Singapore had more of a pizza culture, ala American sitcoms where everyone’s chomping down pizzas. Then again, might not be that good for our Asian arteries. I chanced upon Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar while exploring the Upper Thomson area. Turns out they have another outlet at Holland V, why haven’t I noticed it before. The menu was easy to read; I found out that they’re famous in Australia and Singapore’s their first international venture. Their pizzas come with a wide range of sauces — ranging from garlic oil base, béchamel base(a kind of atas French white sauce), hoisin base(you don’t know hoisin sauce!!! GAH!)… to name a few. The pizza itself was of adequate size(13 inch by 8 inch square), the crust wasn’t too thin, it was crispy. It wasn’t as cheesy or sinful as I’d like, but a pizza can never go wrong. And besides, the char siew chicken wings are worth a double order.
