Envy Coffee

Café with cute ambiance and great ice cream sandwiches! I got the earl grey ice cream sandwich which is surrounded by two lemon cookies.
I came here on a weekday afternoon following a meeting and enjoyed working there for a few hours thanks to the free wifi. The employees are friendly and welcoming of guests, and the place isn’t too crowded either.
EDIT: I have gone back to try food from their kitchen, which on their website photos look amazing. My friends and I ordered the Cajun chicken burger, the Sambal chicken burger, and a Pasta — and were sadly underwhelmed. First thought we had was where they were cooking this food since it didn’t look like they had a full kitchen. Turns out they pre made all of this food and heated it up in the microwave (sad face). The chicken burgers tasted dry, and the waffle fries served with them too few. Will not be going back here for the food, unless they magically expand their kitchen and cooking capabilities!

Easily the best coffee in one-​north, and probably the best coffee I’ve had in Singapore so far. Always perfectly roasted, with no bitterness at all. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful pastries as well.
The service is always incredibly quick, even during peak times. All the staff are lovely and friendly (which can be hard to find in SG) and they have a very generous loyalty scheme (buy 6 get 1 free!)
Only downside is that there’s limited seating (maybe 25 seats) but I’ve never failed to get a seat.

Great staff, and a nice ambience not forgetting the really good coffee! Could use a better variety for the breakfast menu though. Change it up every once in a while.

As one-​north, a high-​tech R&D business park located in Buona Vista, continues to expand, the retail outlets that are contained within the buildings of the business park increase. A new building within the Fusionopolis hub, Nexus@One-North, welcomed a café few months back — Envy Coffee.
There is a breakfast selection while the pasta selections are available only during lunch hours from 11am-​3pm. Cakes here are supplied from The Bakery Chef
Liberty Coffee’s Speakeasy blend is used for the coffee here. The Flat White ($ 5) has a strong and robust taste that is low in acidity.
The Beef Lasagne ($ 10.90) come with fine layers of pasta and cheese that is covered in tomato sauce and is served alongside chips and salad. The lasagne is flavorful and excellent but unfortunately overpowered the taste of the beef.
This café is great with the lunch crowd, especially since its proximity to neighbouring workplaces. If you are around the Ayer Rajah /​Buona Vista /​one-​north area on the weekdays, give this place a visit.
