This is a chicken rice stall that I patronize quite often. I’m the type who doesn’t always stick to a favorite; I sometimes just find the stall with the shortest queue, or go for whatever comes to my mind. So this is yet another random stall that I had my meal.
Well the service here cannot be faulted: the auntie smiled at me and made some small talk while I was waiting for my plate of chicken rice. I was greeted with a fairly fragrant plate of rice, and the rice itself was oily (I like it that way). The chicken was tender and held up to the generally high standards of chicken rice sold all over Singapore. As for the chili, it was a little dilute but otherwise complemented the taste of the chicken pretty well.
Definitely worth a visit if you happen to have a craving for chicken rice, or if you happen to be in the area.
