Ramyun and Soju

As another reviewer has rightly mentioned, this is more of a 3.5 stars than 4 outright.
If you are looking for super authentic Korean cuisine, this isn’t the place. Ramyun & Soju is more of a Korean fast food sorta place that serves to fill a gap in a district bursting with countless Korean restaurants of myriad offerings (fried chicken, BBQ, you name it).
This place offers no-​frills food at cheap prices, and you shouldn’t be expecting anything mind-​blowing. It’s a small hole in a wall (maybe indoors seating of 16 max).
We had the beef ramyeon set ($ 9) which came with kimchi and a drink. The broth was good and the noodles exactly what Korean instant noodles should be. The beef was flavorful, and I love eggs in my noodles.
Was this something I could’ve prepared at home out of a packet of instant noodles? Yes. Nonetheless was it yummy? It was!
So… I would return for a quick Korean meal. Don’t go expecting the moon and I think you’ll be fairly satisfied. :)

Actually its more a 3.5 star. Not fantastic but not crappy. What you get at Ramyun & Soju is simple korean street junk food. There are lots of authentic korean restaurants in the area. But it fills the gap of a simple no frills cheap (er) food for eating with soju. The hole in the wall kinda place that is much closer to the real thing.
