Ebbas fik — the most charming café in Helsingborg, and one of Sweden’s top places for coffee and cake. If you can eat the whole piece of cake they serve, good job! Four different seating areas — each very charming and cosy. Don’t miss the backyard garden area. Staff are very friendly, the pastries and cakes are just INCREDIBLE and I always long to get back to this amazing and unique place. They always deliver — never disappoint. *Burgers are also really good and come served in a folded Cadillac-paper-car.

Ebbas Fik is retro 50s diner style. Old TV in corner, racks of LPs, and damned good coffee and cakes. I had the Saffron Cheesecake — bit sweet that, but ok. Seat by window is bees knees. Toilets upstairs past the telly, mind your head if you are over 4 foot 6. Friendly staff. And, bonus, has Automats.

Eaten here three times. The burgers and fries are so good. Really tasty and well cooked. I have not liked the desserts, all were too sweet or the consistency was off, in my view. But I recommend it for savory food.

Order your fries without salt. Get the desserts and buy a record from their awesome in-house record store! This is a fun joint. Did I mention how awesome the desserts are? Also, there are lots of gluten Free no-egg options

I love this place, and I always visit it when I’m back in Helsingborg. I worked here two weeks in my high school year, which was a long time ago, when they just opened, this place has been packed with people ever since. The atmosphere is like a 60’s dinner/coffee place, and there’s always tons of people in there. They have a jukebox with typical 60’s music, which just adds to the nostaglic feeling. The servings are huge, and very price worthy, it’s always good to bring a friend along to help you eat the left overs that you’re to full to finish. During summer time they have outdoor seating. and also a basement filled with 60’s books, records and what not that are for sale! The owners are super awesome and totally in to the 50’s 60’s era. If you only have time to visit once coffee place, this is the one you need to go to!
