The bakery chain Gâteau has undertaken a rapid expansion since being acquired by Nordic bakery/​confectionery giants Fazer some time ago. So far it has not really had a negative impact on the quality and they do have some great sourdough bread and other freshly baked goods and nice pastries. I am myself not huge on bread and pastries but often stop by this place to pick up some pastries and Swedish cinnamon buns for meetings as these are often appreciated by other meeting participants.
This location is very handy next to the new Triangeln station in Malmö.
