Bredbar is a typical lunch restaurant in an area with a lot of offices. The atmosphere is notch above a School canteen and the food is not intended to be anything other than filling. That said it is one of the more popular places in the area, I struggle to understand why but when asking my colleagues(most of them like going here) they mention the salad buffet and the cookies. I can agree that the salad buffet is slightly better than most other lunch restaurants in the same area. The cookies are just cheap mass-produced crap but if you like trans fats and sugar they will do the trick. The food is your standard Swedish lunch dishes so there will often be things like meatballs, salmon, chicken with rice/potatoes. There is always one meat, one fish and one pasta dish offered as well as some salads. I usually go for the avocado and chicken salad as it is ok-ish. I am struggling whether to give this place a 2 or 3 rating. It is a 2 looking at quality and price(they charge 90 – 100SEK for lunch) but perhaps a weak 3 when looking at the generally poor quality in the area but it would be too nice to just give it a 3 just because others in the same area are even worse.
