Italiano Caffè

Good coffee and reasonable food but very poor service. Rude and inattentive. So much potential wasted on bad service. With such a selection of great places in the area it is not enough to be «Italian».

I am so disappointed to write this, as Italiano Caffe has been one of the only places in Stockholm that I have found that makes a really good salad. However, despite the tasty food, they have officially lost me as a customer. The service at lunch time today was unacceptable.
I have worked many years in restaurants and I know that sometimes you only get one chance to make a good impression on a customer. If they are unhappy they will not return. In addition, they will tell others about their bad experience.
Unfortunately my experience with bad service and the rude personel today was not my first time. The last few times I have been I have experienced less than friendly service. I do not plan to go back there ever again. There are too many other caffes and restaurants in Stockholm to waste my time and money on a place that makes me feel bad, inferior, or talked down to.

Been here twice, staff is always unfriendly. Rude to English speakers. The bathroom smelt so badly of vomit. They acted like it was so terribly much work for the to get me a cover for my coffees that I ordered TO GO! The small amount of coffee that we did get in the large was decent coffee, but gone too quickly. Take the time to walk down the street to Expresso House.
