Victoria Hotels

Really cool hotel. I’m surprised with the mediocre reviews on other sites! The place is a really cool old fashioned hotel located right on lake Lugano. We payed a bot extra for a room with a view and it is very much worth it (see my picture).
The staff was very friendly and even remembered me by name, I never had that before at a hotel.
The hotel has a ton of mismatched furniture and nic nacs which I think are a cool addition. The place shows it’s age a bit but for the most part it it fine. It’s nice and clean and has a decent free Internet connection.
The only part that is not the greatest about this hotel is that it is not right in the center. It is about a 10 minute walk into the canter which is not bad when you get to walk along the lake with amazing views the whole way there.
