Just visited this pharmacy again, and it turns out they no longer do the buy 12, get one free program. The good thing was that I just filled up my last card, so they gave me the freebie.
This time I lucked out with a girl at the counter who spoke good English. She explained that they now have a Top Bonus Card program where you accumulate a point for every Franc spent and get a voucher worth CHF 5 for every 500 points.
Even with the 400 welcome points, this isn’t as good as a deal as the previous loyalty program. :(Oh well. I got the card anyway, since it’s free to join.
