Restaurant Oval

Four stars for a cool dining concept: you get to eat fine Swiss food in the Letizgrund stadium, on the top floor, while watching over the area outside including the outdoor stadium.
The normal hours are M-​F for, 9 – 15, but you can also order special catering and thus be there at other hours. I was there at night for a special event. I wonder if they are also open during gaming/​concert events so you should call ahead and ask.
The food and service was pretty good, too! It’s just always a challenge leaving this space after they’ve topped you with lots of champagne and wine, so make sure you ask how to properly exit the premises before you go. Otherwise you will get a nice «full tour» of the stadium like I did — especially since as I exited around 23:00, all the gates were closed and there was only one way out and you can easily miss it if you are not paying attention…
