I came here based on a referral from a friend, and I must say that this place is excellent. The staff is great, and the facilities are clean and modern. It’s also very conveniently located on the very top floor of the building right outside the main Sihlcity shopping mall.
Mércia Pontes is the medical practice assistant who pretty much did everything all by herself – managed my email appointment, greeted me at the reception desk, and handled my lab work. I liked how competent and efficient she was.
Dr. Valerie Schrack is extremely professional, super nice, speaks great English, and answered all my questions about women’s health, family planning, etc. I felt very comfortable with her during the examination and trusted her medical opinion.
I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need an English or German-​speaking women’s health doctor in Zürich.
