This place is great for both dinner, beers and desserts! If possible, get a table at the roof top and enjoy the casual settings with a nice meal or a cold beer.
The food is inspired by the Mexican cuisine, and there are plenty to choose from but please save room for the dessert! They have the so far best cheesecake I tried in Istanbul and there are several toppings to choose from.
I can highly recommend the Tavuk chili con carne — perfectly spiced! The service is very good, the staff is always helpful and their english is very good.

I like Çiço. It’s a place my good old friend Merve discovered, next to Bir Büçük, but up an elevator to the top floor. Keep climbing to sit on the terrace, which is nice in winter or summer, but sometimes crowded/​full.
One of the good things about Çiço is its reasonably priced and wide selection of beer. Another is the fact that you can get a 70ml beer, which is always good. As the restaurant has a sort of Mexican theme, you can even get nachos, which are the best I’ve had in Istanbul. The menu is a bit pricey here and there, but totally fine for a central and cool place near Istiklal. Go for a bite to eat and a chat with a few friends; a nice place to pre-​game and get delicious foods (huuuuge selection).
