Havataş Taksim

We feel sorry but this company’s bus driver ruined our journey in Turkey! We are students studying in UK and travelled to Turkey this Month. We took the latest bus (1am)on 12^th, April to our hotel which near beyazi. (Bus number: TR 34 GT 5184) We asked its staff in English could him tell us when we arrived the stop near our hotel as we don’t speak Turkish, but he spoke Turkish to us and didn’t help us. We missed the stop that we should get off, then we asked the driver should we get off when we arrived the next stop. The driver spoke Turkish to us and asked us to get on the bus by gesture. We thought he would drive us to the place that near our hotel so he did that. But when the bus arrived the final stop, the bus driver just asked us to get off and take a taxi, and he left fast. We felt so terrible that he just left two girls in the night at 2 am and without any other help or explanation. How can a service staff of a long history bus company behave like this?! We feel very disappointed about the service of your company, and even it makes us don’t want to visit Turkey again although it’s a attractive country with magnificent views. I have to say it’s a shame.

Very easy, affordable way to get from Taksim in the European side of Istanbul to either Attaturk or Sabiha Gokcem airport. The shuttle leaves every half an hour.
I took the shuttle to Sabiha Gokcem and it took about 45 minutes (although on the website they said it takes an hour and a half). This cost us 14 Lira per person. Just walk on the bus and pay once the bus ride starts.
We were not sure which shuttle to take to make it to the airport in time and messaged the company on Facebook and they got back to us promptly.
I would definitely use this service is you are staying near the Taksim area

This is the shuttle that leaves from the Point Hotel at Taksim square and goes to both airports in Istanbul, Sabiha Gokcem and Attaturk. The shuttle is very easy and nice, we arrived at about 6:30am and the shuttle left at 6:55am or so (not exactly on time according to the hours on their website but still pretty close) The trip to Sabiha Gokcem took 35 minutes at that time in the morning as there was no traffic, but they say it can take up to 1.5 hours. You can pay on the bus. Overall I would definitely recommend taking the shuttle if going to Sabiha Gokcem which is far out of the way in the Asian side. Attaturk is much closer to the city so might as well take a private taxi. We took a taxi from Galata Tower to the shuttle pick-​up point by he hotel and the taxi driver knew exactly where to drop us off. Cheap and easy alternative to taking a taxi to the airport.
