The rudest and most unprofessional food service in Castle Hill. I have been numerous times and every time I go I swear to myself I will never go back, mostly due to the rudeness and unfriendly nature of who seems to be the male owner. The other night myself and 3 other friends went for early dinner(530pm) and waited 45min for one of the orders. This in itself was understandable as they had seemed to lose the order, but my friend was not offered a refund or any compensation, and the staff did not seem apologetic or genuine in the slightest. By this stage everyone’s meals had gone cold and everyone left in a terrible mood. This combined with the constantly slow and often rude service ruins the experience entirely. The food is ok, I guess.

I really like the chicken here. Pretty good for castle hill. Park around the back and walk through the back entrance. They have a good seating area and the chicken are roasting constantly.

I have eaten at most of the middle eastern chicken places in Sydney and I still rate this one the best. Love the charcoal chicken and the lamb, kofta or beef skewers are delicious. If u do eat in you notice how much cleaner the place is than most charcoal chicken places too. Staff are friendly and service is good. Get in my belly

One word. BONES. their were bones in my «inflames wrap» it was terrible! Stale bread, tasteless garlic sauce and soggy lettuce. Many of my friends tried to talk me out of going to this place. But I wanted to give it a chance. Never again. $ 9.80 for a bone and chicken wrap. Not with it.

the 2 people who wrote positive reviews have no idea what the chicken should taste like because it’s absolutely awful. the garlic dip is made quite well, so if you are in the area I would only recommend their chicken roll which is ok. if you really want to taste how proper chicken is made you will have to either drive to Granville or Blacktown and eat at El — Jannah.

Charcoal Chicken and Garlic Goodness has finally arrived in The Hills. Hooray! According to the sign it’s open«till late». What exactly does that mean? I asked if till late was before or after midnight and it’s unfortunately before. Damn no midnight chicken run. Decent chicken and garlic sauce. Bit pricier compared to other places but I wouldn’t expect any less from Castle Hill. Good addition to the restaurant scene for locals.
