Vegan fast food burgers. Walk up shop on the limit between Ipanema and Leblon. For around R$ 15.00, a delicious vegan burger (menu at R$ 24.00 includes salad and drink). Perfectly toasted bun with yummy sauces, a great snack.

I guess I should start this review by saying that I’m not a vegetarian. However, I can say that the burger was pretty good, and with limited vegetarian options in this town, I can see how it’s so popular.
The burger itself is a bit small, but then again so is the price. The flavor was good, they put a tangy mustard sauce on it which had a nice flavor. For the sides I ordered the chips, which were some kind of banana thing and not what I was expecting. For a drink I had the hibiscus tea and it had a unique flavor that as sour as it was addictive. Dessert was açaí, and it was just as good as any other place in Ipanema.
Could easily eat two burgers in one sitting and am willing to give it another go — especially since it’s supposed to be healthier.
If you’re a vegetarian in Rio you won’t want to miss out on this place. If you’re a meat-eater in Rio and want a healthy option, come here.
