I was in between 3 and 4 stars… but since my all-​time favorite Japanese restaurant in Rio (Mitsuo) got 4 stars, it wouldn’t be fair to put Sushi Dara in the same position…
However, this very cute restaurant has its qualities: very VERY good sashimis, sushis and hot rolls! I was also very surprised by the fact that they serve Teppanyaki (the food come served in a hot stone… sort of grilled. The fish usually is very good when made this way)… however, I didn’t try that… mainly because I had ordered already when I saw the option: p
The all-​in was expensive (R$ 74.00), but it looks like it has a lot of options… so maybe one day I might try it (if so, I update this review later!).
Downside: the orange juice was extremely watery (I hate that… they add water to the orange juice to make it cheaper… obviously the price doesn’t drop, just their profit increase).
Also, they don’t open for Lunch!
