PetRide Halifax

I just need to make very clear that Perry Falconer of PetRide is not the Dog Whisperer that he lets on to be!!!
He first of all doesn’t LISTEN to his customers and follow instructions for pet sitting.
I had THE worst experience with his care of my dogs.
I work out of town, and returned home on day 2, only to be greeted by my dogs that needed to get outside quickly to pee, my older dog pooped in the house, both of them were very anxious.
I did not hear from Perry via email, text, phone call or note to indicate the activities of day 2 and what this day entailed… NOTHING! I got home at 7:30 pm and had no indication if my dogs had their supper.
He did not clean my older dogs eyes, as I had asked him to, he did not leave any lights on, like he was instructed. I came home to a completely dark house! He was asked to keep the radio on when he left the house,…never did that either!
ABSOLUTELY no attention to detail or instructions!!! I am very upset and disappointed by this man!
I phoned him and texted him and did not hear back from him till 8:45pm.
When I asked him what happened… he tells me that I mentioned I would be home at 3pm??? I was and always am, VERY specific about my work schedule.
First if all I travel for a living and have done so for more than 25 yrs, always with dogs being taken care of by a dog sitter, I am very aware of what time I go to work and what time I return.
Perry Falconer neglected my animals and was very rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me when I was trying to discuss the situation.
Please folks, be VERY aware of whom you hire to take care of your fur babies… this was NOT a good decision to hire this man!!!

Perry from PetRide Halifax is great. He does a great job of taking care of my cats while I am out of town. He is reliable and great at keeping me up to date on what is happening at home while I am away. Also my cats like him which is great because it means they are less needy when I return from a trip.
