Typical government-​style service. Two ladies are talking about their shifts and how p****ed off they are that they have to work on the weekend. Friendly customer approaches with his bottle of Newfie Screech and conversation doesn’t stop. Eye contact isn’t made. Money is taken while conversation continues. Customer feels invisible. Customer says THANK YOU in very loud voice, employee doesn’t even notice sarcasm. Makes me ill.
Privatize liquor sales and this junk goes away.
