This review is for the new Stoney Creek location. Lots of space and it’s very clean. The instructors are great and the class schedule is very flexible. The intro month is a great way to ease yourself into yoga or even get back into it.

I have been visiting the new moksha yoga in Stoney creek since its opened! I have really adapted well by getting into yoga on a daily basis with my month intro membership ! The instructors are great and the studio is always clean and beautiful ! I plan on getting a membership after my intro month is done! Can’t wait to make yoga a daily part of my life !!! Thanks for opening a location on the mountain close to my house !!

I recently moved to Hamilton and while I applied for jobs, I decided to make yoga part of my daily routine, using the intro month special at Moksha Yoga Hamilton. I’ve absolutely loved the challenge to practice several times per week, trying all of the studio’s different classes.
I’ve also gone twice to the free outdoor yoga in the park, which is great. Unlike some other hot yoga places I’ve tried before, I found the class range here to be challenging but not discouraging or intimidating — in even some of the hardest classes, teachers provided plenty of modifications so I could practice alongside the most impressive yogis. I’m planning to pick up a membership so I can keep yoga a consistent part of my routine, even as I get busier in my new hometown.
