We have recently begun to offer consulting services aimed at assisting companies in developing and implementing an effective strategy for hiring and retaining key personnel.

IN DEMAND Recruitment and Consulting was founded in August 2001 and was previously located in Downtown Edmonton. We moved to our now current location in 2005.

Our Principal and Executive Recruiter, Stefanie Howse, brings over 14 years experience in the Recruitment & Consulting Industry. Stefanie started out as a Permanent Placement Coordinator for an International Placement Agency based in Vancouver, BC and quickly moved her way up to Area Manager for the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver offices.

Stefanie also undertook the role of International Recruitment Trainer for Canada, The United States, Australia and England in which she trained 100s of Staffing Recruiters. After 5 years of service, Stefanie left the company and started IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. in August 2001 in Edmonton, Alberta. Since graduating from the University of Alberta with an Honors Degree in Psychology, Stefanie applies her educational skills daily to the myriad of needs of IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc.‘s clients around the Globe.

Stefanie is very involved in the community, having served on numerous boards, committees and volunteer projects.
