Historique

Fondé en 2002.

We opened Cellars Choice Winemaking in Etobicoke with the goal of offering the very best wine available from wine kits.

Many years were devoted to testing and choosing from a wide variety of suppliers and products.

We finally settled on products supplied by R.J. Spagnols Ltd., a subsidiary of Vincor International, a Canadian public company controlled by Constellation Brands Inc. a U.S. public company that owns over 100 wineries around the world.

David is the winemaker as well as being a CPA.
