Dr. Glenna Calder, ND opened her Halifax Practice in the fall of 2004 and has been at her current location ever since serving patients all over the Halifax Regional Municipality.

After completing my science degree at St. F.X.U. I decided I would attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. For me, Naturopathic Medicine is the perfect blend of science, wholeness, and nature. After graduating, I headed straight back to Cape Breton where I grew up, to become the first ND to practice in Cape Breton. After 4 years I moved to Halifax where I had spent many summers while studying and have practiced here ever since. I travel back to the West coast of Cape Breton as often as possible to breathe in the ocean air and treat my eyes to the beauty of it’s coastline.
