I don’t see why people are saying this place is bad. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure with Andrea and it’s been a month and it still looks amazing. The décor is clean and modern but the staff is super friendly and the owner brings in her two small dogs. As a dog lover, I approve. They have an espresso machine so they’ll offer you anything you’d like on the house… you can tell the place has a good reputation in the area because I was there for two days in a row and every time there were customers chatting it up with the staff so you know they were return customers. Andrea is sweet, a perfectionist and really wants to make sure you’re happy with what you paid for. She only uses CDN products (same company that does shellac) and she won’t charge extra for using these high end products. I’ve had manicures where I’ve been cut with their little cuticle scissors or times where my pedicure was painful because of the blade thing they use to take off the hardened skin of your foot but not with Andrea. She is so meticulous and she loves what she does. It really shows through her work. She even gave me her card with a 5 $ discount for my next mani or pedi with her. Honestly if you’re going to get a mani or pedi done go to Larousse and ask for Andrea, you won’t be disappointed.

I got it done on Friday afternoon, by Saturday afternoon it was lifting and by this morning (Tuesday) the polish on one of my nails completely peeled off.
Very disappointed! Waste of $$!

Je suis allée à ce salon deux fois après des années de nomadisme capillaire. La première fois j’ai été servie par Chloé, qui m’a fait une coupe magnifique, pour laquelle j’ai eu beaucoup de compliments. Chloé né travaille malheureusement plus là, mais on m’a assigné Réal qui a aussi fait un super travail. De plus, je suis quelqu’un qui n’aime pas beaucoup parler en me faisant couper les cheveux. Réal l’a compris immédiatement et n’a pas tenté de me faire la conversation. J’ai beaucoup apprécié sa discrétion. Il a aussi coupé les cheveux de mon conjoint et lui aussi a été très satisfait. De mon côté, c’est rare que je paie moins de 100 $ pour une coupe/​mise en plis. Mais cette fois, c’était environ 75 $, ce que j’ai trouvé très raisonnable. Pour mon conjoint, c’était 40 $.
Le seul point négatif que j’ai, c’est qu’il y a des cheveux absolument partout sur le plancher, comme si le balai n’était pas passé. Pourtant j’ai vu la réceptionniste passer le balai au moins deux fois pendant que j’étais là, mais il semble que ce né soit pas suffisant.
C’est sûr que j’y retourne!
