I used their drop of service several times.
Every time, they lost a couple of items.
Last time they lost more that ¾ of my socks.
And shrunk my hoodie. Never again

Worst place ever!!! These Chinese cock suckers are thieves and they stole my Calvin Klein underwear on top of that they charged me $ 20 to wash 6 underwear which 3 of stolen or disappeared this is so wrong do not go here!!!
