Over priced window blinds. Staff was not helpful. I got a chance to meet the manager on duty who was busy waddling away for his lunch (It appears that he loved lunch if you get what I mean) and insisted I wait to speak with the staff members

The people we dealt with here were helpful and friendly, and the product was available when they said it would be. On the other hand, the quality of the product isn’t great. We got two blinds. One of them fits well and I can put the blinds on the bracket, or take them off, quite easily. The second blind is difficult to get onto the bracket and almost impossible to get off. The blind and the bracket are both from blinds-​to-​go and are standard sizes — this problem has nothing to do with measurements. They need to reduce the variability in their manufacturing process.
